This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms (rather apartments) are spacious and extremely well maintained. There are even rooms with a great view. But the best part about this homestay is the amazing hospitality shown by the hotel management, especially the caretaker Umesh bhaiya. We were a group of 17 people and we did not lack for single thing. Everything we requested and more was promptly made available. This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and wonderful stay in Coorg.

We stayed in the 2bhk on first floor which had good views and decent space. The place is clean. Care taker was prompt and courteous. Nearby grocery store was relief to get some grocery items. Overall a good experience.

i visited in nov 23, the place is located in calm and peaceful place, but even though near to main city, its easy to access all the facility from here. rooms are very clean and maintained, i have not a single complain regarding the quality of rooms. as its a home stay, they dont have and restaurant facility, so u have to bring or order all your food.

Visited recently with family. Room was smell like it not opened from long time. All bed and blanket also had bad smell. Care taker was not well and due to rain we face issue in getting food also. Two days we were having pizza in dinner. Looks like home stay is not good for us. Previously also i stayed in home stay but this one was worse. Not sure how this one have such good rating.

The best stay ever. They provide you everything including kitchen and utensils it was totally a budget stay,rooms were too clean and neat and the view from balcony and bedroom was just awesome and without caretaker umesh and naveen our tip wasn't so beautiful.They arranged everything what we want and they provide coffee which was just awesome and Umesh was so sweet of taking care of visiters and it is secured for girls mainly because it was our 4 girls trip without any choices blindly can go for this stay.

very nice stay, we reached late night and check out next day morning. So we can't spend more time here, I recommended every one expecially family, all fecilities available here fridge, oven, grilling space and kitchen with all items (plate glass drinking water etc...) overall nice stay we will come again for more explore.

One of the best Guesthouse in madikeri town. Friendly owner and care taker. Beautiful views from balcony. Also They can arrange Jeep for. Mandalpatti Jeep safari. Strongly recommend..
